We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing & Handling Time

📦 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
🚚 Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

4. Order Tracking

📍 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can track your package using the provided link.


5. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we work to ensure timely deliveries, external factors may cause unexpected delays. EcoSmart Living is not responsible for:

  • Carrier-related delays (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS issues)
  • Weather or natural disaster disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages

🚨 If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • If the issue is unresolved, email us at service@wtlmarketing.com within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

EcoSmart Living is not responsible for stolen packages but will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Damaged Packages

📷 If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and email us at service@wtlmarketing.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and work on a resolution.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@wtlmarketing.com.

  • If your order has not been shipped, we can update the address.
  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address, and you may need to contact the carrier directly.

8. Order Cancellation & Changes

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing service@wtlmarketing.com.

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process.
